• Delivery within 14 days (10 working days) of placing the order
• Additional peace of mind with our online tracking facility for deliveries
• We offer morning and afternoon delivery slots, to provide additional flexibility
• Customers will receive a telephone call or text message 24-48 hours prior to delivery, to advise them of an AM or PM delivery slot
• Prior to delivery, we’ll give your customers a call to let them know we’re on our way
• We’ll transport all goods to any ground floor room of the customer’s choice
• Part of our quality control service includes checking all goods on delivery for any issues or signs of possible damage
• Increased customer satisfaction with our electronic proof of delivery — which also eliminates paperwork
• In the unlikely event of receiving any damaged or incorrect products, the customer will have these replaced within 48-72 hours
• We listen to customer feedback in order to improve our business, which is why we also offer an electronic customer survey once their goods have been received
